Dr. McConnell has been teaching privately for the past 9 years, and was a Teaching Fellow at Boston's New England Conservatory of Music where he taught Fundamentals of Music, Graduate Theory, Ear Training, and Keyboard. He is willing to compose on commission, coach performances, and lecture at your school or institution. Below is a list of some of his current musical services:

• Private Instruction – piano and organ performance, composition, theory (counterpoint & harmony), orchestration
• Lecturing – all music-related topics, including mathematics and the Schillinger System of Musical Composition

Private instrument lessons are given in Berkshire County only. Skype or phone conferences are available for composition and theory students across the U.S. Piano and organ performance fees vary based on venue, work(s) to be learned, and number of rehearsals required. Services may not be available at all times.
